Mood:  energetic
Now Playing: The Second Element by Sarah Brightman
Topic: Upcoming Events!

Hey Folks!

Just a quick note to invite you come and see me at the Edison Celebration of Art Festival, Sat. Jan 27th in Clifford Street Downtown Fort Myers, Fl from 10AM-5PM. I am producing a lot of different and very exciting things for the fair. Come and join me!

Coming up in February, My collection "Verve" along with some other pieces are traveling to Coral Gables in Miami for an opening reception. Ironically, I still don't have all of the details! I will post the info as soon as I get it.

Thank you always for all your continued support!

Hey!

So I hear this silly blog is not letting you post a message! Well, that kind of sucks a bit. I am working on getting an actual guestbook or something. For now, just send your emails to acevedostudio@yahoo.com.

Love you all and thanks for all the support!

 David

I'm Thinking...
Mood:  not sure
Now Playing: 100 Years by Five for Fighting
Topic: I'M THINKING...
Hola everyone! Listening to the song "100 Years" from the band Five for Fighting, I have realized how little time we have on earth. I am turning 30 this year and to be honest, I still feel the same way I did when I was a child, in many ways. If I did not have to come to work, I'd stay home, ride my bike or play a game on my playstation. I would not do my bed or take the trash out at all. So, when will I get to feel like I'm a man? That I am 30 years old... What have I done so far to say that I have lived 30 years? How much left do I have? Who knows. My beloved friend Alizza, who passed right after turning 30 last year, always lived her life careless of the future. It seemed almost like she knew she did not have to worry about it because there was no future for her. I think she knew. She even told me once. She said: "I am going to die young anyways..." We all laughed having no clue she was right. She knew. So, I guess we have to make the best of our days. I want to leave my mark for future generations. I want to be somebody now and after I'm gone. So help me God. You do the same now! Enjoy your life now while you are here. Forgive and forget the past and move on. I am trying to apply that myself. Hugs, David
